Case study
After gaining insight into the Dutch public sector, you will actively engage in a case study during the training. You will identify the government customer profile that aligns best with your organization and will be able to strategize how to position your product/service. You will understand how to meet the core needs of the chosen profile through a compelling proposition. The goal is for you to be able to start implementing the profile and proposition directly in your daily work.
